One of the different tools of diagnosis techniques mentioned in Ayurveda science is Pulse Reading.
Pulse reading is the ancient art of detecting the existing status of a person’s Body, Mind, and Soul& Spirit. Pulse is that vital flow of energy or life that travels through as a subtle channel all over body and this helps VAIDYA to feel the condition of a person in and out.
The functioning of entire body including mind can be understand with this technique and also Vaidya can observe the constitution of the person. Vaidya can examine balance of the dosha’s, the health of various organs, advance warning signals of potential problems that may affect the person in later life etc.
By detecting early symptoms of imbalance and disease in the body one can take preventive steps to avoid the forthcoming health ailments.
